btw, why above is Ravidass referred to as 'Bhagat' and Nanak refered to as 'Guru'? Firstly Ravidass was the lords Bhagat not ours, and nowhere in the holy Granth is Nanak refered to as 'Guru' or indeed 'Bhagat'. given that we refer to the holy Granth as 'Guru Granth Sahib', surely that makes all prophets who's hyms and revelations are installed in the Guru Granth Sahib, Guru's too

None of Guru Gobind Singh Ji's hyms are in the SSGSJ. The Aarti which houses the names of the greatest (Guru Ravidass, Guru Kabir Ji et at) proves that Sikhism got all their teachings from others (hindu's muslims etc). Nanak himself was a hindu who looked up to and praised his predessors

Fake Sikhs worship a Mr. Guru and study yoga (Sikh prayer!!!), they attend ashrams not gurdwaras, tend to wear all white.

These people are not real Sikhs. They are making money in the name of Sikhism and Guru Singh is appearing on TV representing the Sikh faith. Who is he?

So he became a Sikh because he was scared to die? Not a good reason to become Sikh. Ridiculous. People became Sikhs because they were willing to die. Also if he has an alcohol problem, or has done in the past, giving up meat/ eggs is very dangerous, as he probably lacks enough vitamin B12 as it is.

Dear Anoymous 2 , Anonymous 1 is completly right. A Baptised Sikh is permitted to eat meat, provided it is not Kuttha Meat. http://www.sgpc.net/rehat_maryada/section_six.html.

Kuttha is sacrificed meat, like Halal and Kosher.

So maybe you should know about your religion before posting on-line.
